Some preliminary activities include; Friday night family gathering, golf at Carrick on Shannon golf club, short river cruise on the Shannon, tour of Kiltoghert cemetary to visit Farrell and Mulvey gravesites, Gowel, Finisklin, and Ballinwing, evening of Irish food, singing and dancing, update on family history, plus much more. It will take awhile to put the specifics together, as well as recommended accommodations. Sometime in September you will receive a hard copy in the mail with further specifics. Your cousin Orla Farrell Beirne (daughter of Willie Joe & Mae) will handle the logistics from Ireland, and I will help handle from here.
